Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to complete the VIN verification due to an issue on our end.
- If the service was not delivered within the promised time frame and you no longer wish to proceed.
- If you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- If the VIN you provided is incorrect or invalid.
- If the report has been successfully generated and delivered.
- If the verification process has started but you wish to cancel.
- If the refund request is made after 7 days from the date of service.
- If you change your mind after receiving the report.
Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or payment provider.
