Eligibility for Refunds

  • If we are unable to complete the VIN verification due to an issue on our end.
  • If the service was not delivered within the promised time frame and you no longer wish to proceed.
  • If you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the VIN you provided is incorrect or invalid.
  • If the report has been successfully generated and delivered.
  • If the verification process has started but you wish to cancel.
  • If the refund request is made after 7 days from the date of service.
  • If you change your mind after receiving the report.

Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider.
